How long is the hire period?

Hire is for a full day, 9am - 6pm year round.

Can we have the castle overnight?

Yes, we allow pick ups from 4;00pm Friday and returns by 10am the day following hire at no extra cost. Please advise at time of booking if you require this option. Under no circumstances is the bouncy castle to be left outside overnight.

Do you deliver bouncy castles?

We do not currently deliver castles. Castle and blower will easily fit in the boot of a standard sized car or station wagon.

Do you stay and supervise the castles?

No, we don't provide supervision. We have opted not to do this so we can keep our prices low.

What happens if it rains?

The castles come with a blower, which must be kept on at all times. Electricity and water don't mix well, so as a rule we don't have the castles operating in the rain. If you think it might rain during your hire period, you have the option to cancel the hire when we call you. We do not charge you for cancelled hires under these conditions.

Can the castles operate on windy days?

Yes they can, however our stronger winds can be a bit too much for some of the castles. Pegs are supplied with all castles and water bags with the larger castles. We will assess the weather forecast one day prior to your party and if extreme winds are forecast you have the option to cancel the hire when we call you. We do not charge you for cancelled hires under these conditions.

Do I have to pay a bond or deposit?

A bond of $50 per bouncy castle is required. This bond is refunded after the bouncy castle has been inspected. This refund is normally processed 3 - 5 days after the castle has been returned.

How do I pay?

We accept cash and bank deposit payments. Payments made by bank deposit must be received prior to collection.

Does the castle have to go on grass?

Yes, castle needs to be anchored down, and the easiest way is to peg it down into your lawn. Under no circumstances can castles be put up on concrete, paving or stones (shingle driveways etc).

Can the castle fit indoors?

In some cases. Our smallest castle will fit in a large lounge or rumpus room, our largest castle will fit into the local school hall.

How big are the bouncy castles? Are there any special requirements for hiring one?

Our largest castle is 5.7m x 5.15m in size. You must have a space available that will not risk contact with sharp objects or trees. The bouncy castle runs on an electric blower, so you need to have access to an electrical socket to plug in the blower.
